Where does this store ship from?
Good ol' Coimbra, Portugal. 

Do you accept orders placed outside of Portugal?
We sure do!

Is there a way to pay with a bank transfer?
Only if your bank is portuguese. It's actually one of the brand new check-out options! :)

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Send us an e-mail with your specific case, before sending the item back to us.

We can only accept returns for the following:

- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery;
- Goods supplied incorrectly;
- Goods that vary from their description on the website.

You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in the case that you need to exchange your package. Any merchandise returned to us by post must be done so, so as the merchandise is protected from damage. 

We are not responsible for merchandise returned that is lost in transit. It is recommended that you choose to return your items with a method that provides you with a tracking number to ensure successful return delivery.

We are not responsible for merchandise that is returned due to a wrong address being provided while filling the order form, or due to nobody being at the destination when the order arrives. We will ask for shipment costs so we can re-send the package.

Delivery

When in stock, we ship the items within 7 days. Deliveries to Portugal take from 3 to 10 days. Deliveries to Europe take from 1 week to 6 weeks. Deliveries to the remaining territories take from 2 weeks up to 12 weeks.  

All delivery times or delivery periods are non-binding, they are based on an agreement. The preceding information about prospective dates of delivery or delivery timescales is non-binding, unless it has been expressly agreed between the consumer and us. If we are unable to deliver within the timeframe given you are entitled to withdraw from the sale agreement. Should an article not be available for delivery within the given timeframe, we will inform you as quickly as possible of the date of delivery, or alternatively that the delivery cannot occur.

If a package has been sent by us but has not yet been delivered to you, please contact us within 40 days of the last tracking update so that we can initiate an investigation on this matter. After this time, a refund or a possible new shipment can no longer be guaranteed.

Online Dispute Resolution

It is our concern to settle any disputes arising from a contractual relationship by mutual agreement. Furthermore, we are not obliged to participate in a conciliation procedure and can not offer participation in this procedure.

 

I changed my mind and don’t want the order anymore. Can I cancel it?
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes. We’ll cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, we can only refund it after you ship it back to us and we receive it. We won’t refund for the shipping costs, sorry.   

What are the washing instructions?
It is recommend that you turn the t-shirt inside out and machine wash it before wearing, this will soften the transfer print and pro long it’s life.

• Machine wash separately 30º
• Tumble dry at low heat
• Iron inside out
• Do not bleach, dry clean or directly iron the transfer.

Can I track my order? How?
You do, for international shippings, or domestic shippings with the "Correio Registado" shipping option selected. On your account, check the Order History and copy the Tracking Number. Paste it on our spectacular Track Your Order page and voilá!
